Oh no something has gone wrong ,a problem has occured the system cant recover.please contact system administrator

In Rocky, you don’t normally use ‘startx’, you log in from gdm (Gnome Display Manager).

In addition, you normally use Wayland, not X11.

In addition, it’s complaining about the Mesa version number.

If you install vanilla Rocky, you should not see this error.
