Trying to install Rocky Linux in a Xen VM, but running into some issues. The install wizard appears to
complete successfully, however when the VM reboots, it won’t boot back up again. It just stays turned off.

I don’t know if this is relevant or not but when I was playing with Rocky in in Virtual Box I had to increase the available video ram setting or it would just go to a black screen after I logged into the session.
For Xen there’s no specific video ram, just RAM for the entire VM.
