About a month ago I downloaded and installed Rocky Linux 10 on my raspberry pi. It all went fine. Today I want to download the image again and I found out in the official download page, the download button for raspberry pi image has been disappeared. I can still download the image from mirror sites but I wonder why it’s no longer avaliable in the official page.
On the web page Rocky Linux ISOs and Images - Rocky Linux Wiki it states that " The raspberry pi images are exactly what’s labeled on the tin, images for the means of installing to an sd card to run Rocky Linux on a raspberry pi. These images are supported by SIG/AltArch community members. These are provided in the SIG directories."
that points to, among other files, the readme.txt at https://dl.rockylinux.org/pub/sig/10/altarch/aarch64/images/README.txt
which states that:
“Rocky Linux 10 Raspberry Pi Image. This image is always available at:
https://dl.rockylinux.org/pub/rocky/10/images/aarch64/Rocky-10-SBC-RaspberryPi.latest.aarch64.raw.xz
They have been tested on Raspberry Pi 4 and 5.”
Hoping this information might be helpful,
Tony
I know where to find the image. My main question is why they removed the download button from the official page ![]()
I’ve just asked on the mattermost channel to find out why they disappeared.
Should be fixed shortly and available from the site.
