Hi ! There. I observed that Gabled character display exists only at directory direct view, not the internal WEB pages. httpd.conf is set to AddDefaultCharset UTF-8. So generic pages are perfect, except Directory index view. It is a minor problem, still I didn’t have this problem while I WEB-casted from Fedora Core 7 (2006). It only happened when I moved to Rocky9.1 (2022) recently. I will attach two screenshots. If WEB-browser are explicitly re-set to UTF-8 view, the Legible characters appear, otherwise ALL WEB-browsers show Gabled characters. How may I fix? Any idea?
