Updates not in repo

hi there,

there is an update to samba-packages see RLSA-2026:22644

but i do not get the version with 16 instead of 15 by updating clients and by browsing the repo, i only find 15

that happend more than once in recent weeks. what is the source of this and is there a way to get around?
