Understanding the three ISO options

There are three options. Is my understanding correct here:

  1. DVD: contains all the options locally in the image (biggest)
  2. Boot: same options as above but any additional options are downloaded from internet (smallest)
  3. Minimal: contains the basic Rocky Linux OS for a minimal non-GUI server install (middle)

Options 1 and 3 don’t need internet access.
