Unable to install KDE Plasma on Rocky linux 10

Hello, I am a Newbie and I have a puzzling problem. I installed Rocky linux 10 yesterday morning on my iMac, I then installed KDE Plasma and all went well. Later I discovered that the HDD was about to fail and so I attached an external ssd and installed all over again, only this time I couldn’t install KDE Plasma, I kept trying to no avail. This was what the install command returned:

Rocky 9.7, Rocky 10.1 and EPEL

Due to the fact RHEL 10.1 has been released, EPEL has already moved to EPEL 9.7 and 10.1. This means if you rely on packages from EPEL, then you will have to wait until Rocky 9.7 and 10.1 is released. Therefore, people using KDE, or KDE dependencies for apps they have installed, cannot update their system fully for the time being and will just have to ignore the dnf output. Probably they pushed new packages to the repo hence why it worked before and now not. Either that, or when you did it yesterday it was 10.0, and now today it’s 10.1. You have to remember RHEL 10.1 was released yesterday, and so was EPEL 10.1. So you installed just before it was released, and then again a few hours later and got problems.

So, no, not strange. When repos get updated, and things are not matched, then it will happen.
