I tried installing Rocky 9.6 on six Supermicro servers. The first five installed successfully, but the sixth one gets stuck at “downloading packages.” This happens whether the network is enabled or disabled.Can you help me?
If it’s still stuck even if network disable, it might be the iso you use is corrupt during copying or something. Have you try check the hash are same?

In the Anaconda graphical installer, check the network is actually working, e.g. using date / time screen, time zone “ntp” etc, and also the LAN icon.
If it gets stuck, try “shelling out” to the console using keys like CTRL+ALT+F1 (F2, F3 etc), look for errors, also check install logs in /tmp/anaconda.log
