What’s the best way to install them on Rocky 9?
Where are you seeing rocky fonts packages in 8 or 9? As far as I know, we’ve never shipped them.

They have never been included in Rocky, indeed.
I might me be on the completely wrong track here,
but afair they were available from EPEL.
But not anymore as it seems.
I installed them manually.
