Note to community. This is a proposal to RESF for funds. In the spirit of open-ness, we want full community transparency and feedback. This proposal has been submitted to the RESF Board but has not been voted on yet. There is time for feedback, comment, and suggestions from the Rocky community. At this time, we (the Rocky leadership) are still trying to figure out the best way of handling proposals so this process will get better.
