NanoPi R4S RHEL support?

Hi

Is the NanoPi R4S supported?

Thank you

Hi Alex,

I am unaware of a stable image for the NanoPi, but searching https://chat.rockylinux.org, it seems @markvnl is already working on putting one together.

NIce! Cool news, waiting for @markvnl

Is the “ARM64 (aarch64)” version working on NanoPi R4S?

Is there an installation guide?

@AlexK, they are in fact not the images you are looking for. Those images are “installers” like one you would expect from the x86/PC world. Meanwhile, images meant to flashed on an SD Card for SBCs are “pre-installed” images which are configured differently (like using u-boot as the “board firmware”, a custom kernel if necessary, etc).

Is there any update for FriendlyARM NanoPi R4S support?

Thank you and a happy day

While I havent tested that specifc board, here’s a forum link to some information about some beta images that you could try out.

Is there now official support?

THANK YOU

not currently, but “soon”

any update? Thank you

Sorry, no, there are no status updates!
