I am insterested in the process of make a rocky iso. And I want to make a rocky iso with kde default.
How can i do?

Though we answered you in mattermost, I think answering here would be good too for those who may find this question hoping for a solution.
I would start here. These are kickstarts we use to make live images. If that is your intention, you would use livecd-creator or livemedia-creator with a kickstart to get a bootable live . You can start with those as your base if you’d like. The readme in the repo explains the general process.
