Keyboard layout indicator in Gnome (Wayland)

(sorry if I chose the wrong topic again, but I didn’t quite understand how to write in bugzilla for rl)

In the Wayland session (both with Nouveau drivers and with NVIDIA drivers), the keyboard layout indicator does not show the current layout.
In X11, it works.
The keyboard itself switches without problems.
