Current KDE Discover status on Rocky 10.2 KDE Spin

Hi everyone! I am planning to daily-drive Rocky Linux 10 using the KDE Spin.

what is the current state of Plasma Discover? Is Plasma Discover stable and supported for managing native system RPMs and updates?

I have not heard that. RHEL 10.2 uses dnf-3 as does Rocky 10.2.

@jbkt23 anyways lets get to the point, Will I be able to use Discover for native packages and system updates without breaking my system?

RHEL does not have nor support KDE.
Rocky has what RHEL has and therefore does not have KDE.
EPEL does build KDE for EL (e.g. RHEL, Rocky, …)

What Rocky does have, is a method to install KDE (from EPEL) when installing Rocky.
That method is for convenience. (Quicker than minimal install + enable EPEL + explicitly install KDE).

What that “Discover” does is up to KDE.
