CTRL+ALT+Fn not working

Hello,

we have 30 HP pcs in a lab with 2 display card. The onboard card and an additional Nvidia ([RTX A2000 12GB]) . We connect the monitors on the nvidia card, but we noticed several problems with user’s logins. We decide to connect the monitors with the onboard card, and use the nvidia card only for students experiments.
However with this setup we notice that pressing the CTRL+ALT+F2/F3 we do not get the terminal screen, we only have a white screen. Connecting the monitor to the nvidia card the key combination works, without changing anything.

Below is the output of getty@tty2.service, and is the same for getty@tty3.service
systemctl status getty@tty2.service
● getty@tty2.service - Getty on tty2
