A new kernel version (5.14.0-611.36.1.el9_7) was uploaded to the Rocky 9 Cloud SIG repository for aarch64 on March 5 at 21:23 UTC.

I think the repository’s primary.xml metadata incorrectly labels the kernel package as architecture src instead of aarch64.
