Where do you keep Cloud Kernel Headers/Source for Rocky Linux 8/9 aarch64 in the Vault?

Hello,

I am trying to download cloud versions of kernel headers and source for older verions of Rocky Linux 8/9 aarch64 and unable to locate them in the vault. For example, for kernel 5.14.0-162.18.1.el9_1.cloud.aarch64 , could you share a link to the corresponding kernel headers and source?
