No kernel update available for cloud optimized rocky8

I am using GCP instance that utilizes Rocky Linux 8.10 (Green Obsidian), with the kernel 4.18.0-513.18.1.el8_9.cloud.0.4.x86_64.
Since a few months, I have not received any updates for this kernel.

This kernel is now showing up as vulnerable in nexpose rapid7 scanning.

When will a new update be ready for this? can anyone has information

updates for sig/cloud kernel are out as of last night. there were a number of changes brought in in 9.4 and 8.10 which took a while to resolve.
