X2goserver some perl dependencies not resolved

when installing x2goserver from epel repo the dependency perl(File::BaseDir) is required
which in centos8 is perl-File-BaseDir however it is not found.

There are quite a few dependicies for this perl module which when resolved seem to make it work ok, however it is not a clean install.

Please report this and relevant details (which ISO you installed from, or if you used a conversion script, etc) to bugs.rockylinux.org.

Actually the dependencies are in the powertools repo so it is just a documentation issue, fuse-sshfs is also needed .
