Hi all. Could someone share what are minimal and recommended hardware/system requirements for Rocky 8 and Rocky 9 cloud images?
Both Rocky8 and Rocky9 have a minimum memory requirement of 1.5GB irrespective of whether it’s an installation on normal hardware, VM, etc. This is the same as the hardware requirements for RHEL8 and RHEL9: https://access.redhat.com/articles/rhel-limits
You might be able to get it to work with 1GB, but if some things don’t work, you’ll need to increase it.
