We’re running Rocky Linux 8.8 on ESXi 7.0.3. Currently we have open-vm-tools 12.1.5. Due to
VMSA-2023-0019 (vmware.com)
We’d like to install open-vm-tools 12.3.0. Is there a vendor specific package for this available?
Can I just use the package at Download VMware Tools - VMware Customer Connect
Or should I just use dnf to upgrade it?

An update to open-vm-tools will be published soon (I hope) and Rocky will follow.
