I was inspired by rocky linux because of it’s stability and ease of use, I used to have fedora and windows 11 dual booted in my MSI Modern Laptop, then one day I got bloated with virus in my windows 11 OS which compromised my system. After that incident I decided to burry Windows 11 and say goodbye. I installed and started using Rocky Linux as my only primary Desktop OS in my MSI modern laptop, I can’t complain about anything. I also installed this in my old 2014 late mac mini. Runs like a charm, I installed softwares using flatpak. I use Lutris and Heroic Launcher for playing games. I use Brave Browser and Librewolf for everyday browsing. I use flatpak for installing softwares when it’s not present in Rocky linux core repo. I encrypted the rocky linux at the start, it boots in 5 secs. Only thing that bothers me is using a vpn triggers AVC Denial in SE linux Troubleshooter and I think it will be fixed may be in the upcoming days. I’m also curious what you all rocky Linux for?
