Just wanted to say thanks to whoever helped me out on here… After a bit of back & forth ( im brand new to linux let alone rocky ) ive manged to get the latest davinci resolve installed and running perfectly on that rocky 9.5
I followed the instructions for Nvidia on here, even though i could install them & run well some of the video codecs were missing & couldnt run with safeboot.
After following -How to Install Nvidia Drivers on Rocky Linux 9/8 - LinuxCapable & again with some help on here, all its running perfectly.
Never had such good performace, even beats the mac m2 i was on before a custom computer build ( i also tried windows - hate the way it works ) i can now edit 4k in full resolution
