Test Migration to CentOS 8.3 to Rocky Linux Secure Boot issue

So I ran a test of the migration tool from CentOS 8.3 to Rocky. The migration went fine no issues but upon rebooting it would not come back up again. The issue is a security violation of grub? (From my research) I just get “(0x1A) Security Violation”. I disabled secure boot on the VM and it booted fine.

Anyone else run into this yet?

I think if that’s the only problem I get then I’m doing good!
