You can just download the rpm file, and upload it to your favorite web server, and wget the file to the server you need. Also, this is just the rpm to have the daemon / service , you can use Webmin as a frontend for the iSCSI Administration, to make your life more easier. This is my recomandation , to use with this service Webmin, as Webmin knows how to work with the iSCSI service, it has a built in plugin that help you do that . All the pictures that you can see in the thread are made within Webmin .
