Rocky 8.6 PCoIP help

Hello running rocky linux 8.6 for resolve studios v19

issues with pcoip install.. installed 25.03 through HP anyware website. got it licensed and connecting from a mac initiates it but doesnt fully connect to the linux machine. I have yet to configure anything but only shows top left corner of the screen. mouse and keyboard work. not sure if there is anything else i need to configure so that it shows the whole display on connect.

not sure what else you need i am getting an error 6405 on the mac client when trying to connect. I remember doing this a while back but not sure if I need grid installed as well as just the normal nvidia driver (575.57.08 currently installed)

main desktop - we are using gnome when in local use.
it does show 4 displays/ workspaces when i connect into it via pcoip but just one when i am working on it locally.

I have the display set to 1920x1080 and have tested it out with 1920x1200 but when i remote in, it shows 4 displays at 1024x768
and that is the only option i have.

i am getting an error 6405 on the mac client

PCoIP Error 6405 typically means that the PCoIP Agent failed to launch the remote session.

is there anything helpful in any logs?

this system has a GPU?

Apparently they solved it, but it would have been nice for them to post the solution here instead of ask for the thread to be deleted as that way people in the future who may have the same problem will at least have an option on how to fix it
