New Mirror Server Host Disabled in Mirror Manager

Hi Team,
Our new server is disabled with reason

Host has been disabled (user_active) after 5 consecutive crawl failures

Crawl logs shows below error.

2024-08-25 06:04:37,802 - WARNING - Base URL https://mirror.nitc.ac.in/rockylinux/ does not exist.
2024-08-25 06:04:38,609 - INFO - Ending crawl of <Host(4574 - http://mirror.nitc.ac.in/rockylinux/)> with status 5

But https://mirror.nitc.ac.in/rockylinux/ is available.

Our rsync source is rsync://msync.rockylinux.org/rocky/mirror/pub/rocky

Please let me know, whether we missed anything.

Mirror manager is not able to crawl your mirror as traffic appears to be getting blocked. Please ensure you have whitelisted at a minimum 3.140.144.255 in your firewall or web server configuration.

If you are unable to do the above, you have the option of setting up your own rsync endpoint and configuring mirror manager to crawl there instead.
