I’m new to rocky os, can somebody show me how to set the task dock suspend at the bottom

Could you explain that a bit more, what exactly you are searching for, I’m not completely sure I understand what you mean? 
Do you mean on a Rocky Linux Workstation install, something on the GNOME desktop?
Hi, Presuming you are using Gnome Shell, Dash to panel might be what you are looking for…
An icon taskbar for the Gnome Shell. This extension moves the dash into the gnome main panel so that the application launchers and system tray are combined into a single panel, similar to that found in KDE Plasma and Windows 7+.
