Gpgkey path for Rocky8 and Rocky9

Hi,

We are mapping the Rocky Linux upstreams to our Jrog artifactory, every update and packages installations will be via Jfrog

Does these gpg key path changes in any OS version updates?

Eg:For Rocky9 gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-Rocky-9
For Rcoky8- gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rockyofficial

We will rely on these path currently

There is never a case where the RPM gpg key path will change for any version of a release.
