Anydesk desn't generate any ID


This is the first time I’m using RockyLinux, so I believe it might be some simple detail causing this issue.

I installed Rocky Linux 8.8 and later updated it to version 8.9 (The client requires this version to run a specific application).

I installed Anydesk following this tutorial:

The installation was successful, however, when I open Anydesk, it’s not generating an ID; instead, it’s showing the number Zero.

I right-clicked on the field where the ID should be and selected “Choose Alias,” then the following message appeared:

“Could not connect to servers. Please check your connection.”

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
