10G samba write speed slow on windows 10

Really strange behavior. Not sure where to check.

Here is the environment.
Netgear 10G switch.
Got Mac and Windows clients with 10G network connections.
Using Samba to share files.

The write/read speed to Rocky 8 server with 10G on Mac
write: 800mb
read: 900mb

The write/read speed to Synology server with 10G on Mac
write: 700mb
read: 800mb

So far so good on a mac. Now comes the issue.

Removed the network wire from the mac and connected to the windows.

The write/read speed to Rocky 8 server with 10G on Windows
write: 80mb
read: 900mb

The write speed is so slow. Next did the test on synology and it is good.

The write/read speed to Synology server with 10G on windows
write: 700mb
read: 800mb

This is so strange. The windows client can do good write and read speeds. So what could it be that when connecting to Rocky Linux 8 the write speed is so slow?

Any config that I should check?

Also tried bringing down the smb protocol to 2 but still the write speed is slow only on windows when connecting to Rocky 8. :frowning:

What am I missing to check?
