I have problem connection to Rocky Linux from Win10 via xrdp. The issue only happens when I am logging using root account. The session closes immedialtely after login. No login issue with non root account.
I have no issues using xrdp with root or non-root. I am using an XFCE desktop.
Have you been able to get audio working win xrdp on Rocky?
I don’t have any problem with no root or with root account to remote and connected to RL 8.4. I use remmina installed in Fedora 34. I think your windows is the problem, too many bug in windows os. I sugest just try it again in linux environment using remmina or whatever remote desktop software. look at my SS below:
