Where Should I find the programs running in the background In Rocky 10

I have Rocky 10 newly installed on my computer, I have installed v2rayn(using appimage format) and QQ on Rocky 10.

After I start the QQ program, I can’t find the started program, which normally showed at the top right corner of the screen. Every time I clicked the QQ Icon, I starts a new process to start the program, that’s not what I want. Is this a bug or something I forget to set?
