I got Rocky installed on a couple of boxes, followed up by the Gnome desktop. I enabled the screen sharing feature found in the settings in Gnome and then installed VNC on a Fedora 34 desktop box to use as a client. I can connect but the VNC window only shows a black screen with a pointer. Moving the Fedora box mouse makes the pointer on the Rocky box move, but I can’t do anything without watching the display on the Rocky box. That of course defeats the purpose of using VNC. My googler found a number of fixes, but if anyone has a step by step of what files to edit and so on to get the VNC client to work properly, that would be a great help.
