Ah, nice. I did not know about those versioned directories under archives.
I usually do a reposync of rocky linux vault release of 8.4, 8.5 etc then change my repos to point to the webserver where I locally host the sync and that prevents 8.4 to be updated to 8.6, for compatibility with propietary software that I use at work.
You could also just point your repo directly to rocky’s vault and that would also work.
