After exiting the suspend system is not functioning normally. Any interaction with any opened app (except terminal) results its closure. Terminal is not answering on commands. All icons are disappeared.

Also,one time when i was exiting from suspend, I noticed that the lock screen was missing and there was a message about an error mounting the file system.
What could be the reason? Can it be because of some memory protection settings in bios?
