Rocky 9.4 Gnome

I installed gnome-tweaks, pushed it into the application’s autorun, enabled autologin, every time I turn on the applications that should automatically turn on are minimized, it’s like I’m choosing a table with an environment, they don’t expand until I click on the applications. On versions 8.6 (it seems) there was no such feature.

I mean that I always have to manually select the current window. And I’m creating an automatic machine that you don’t need to connect to later, it will hang and show video surveillance and sales results, periodically changing the data without my participation.
I don’t want to go back to the old version of Rocky just to not have to choose the window anymore!

I found how to solve the problem, thanks to the kind people.
