Lets look at numbers from Wikipedia’o CentOS page:

In other words, Rocky had beta for 9, but not a public beta.
Overall, what would we do with public beta? Compare to our RHEL GA system and list where the beta lacks RHEL’s bugs, so Rocky’s team knows to add them?
