That’s interesting, I’ve been using Wayland. I didn’t find running Windows in a VM using Wayland at all workable, the refresh rate was awful. X was better but I didn’t want to be stuck using that.
In the end I put in another graphics card and dedicated that to Windows. Took a few weeks to sort it all out and I put in a switching hub as that made it more functional.
And guess what? I haven’t touched the Win VM to do anything since.
