It doesn’t seem to be available in EPEL anymore, they only seem to have XFCE there now. So unless another third-party builds it and makes the repo accessible, then it would mean building from source: LXDE - Lightweight X Desktop Environment - Browse Files at SourceForge.net

Yes, even i3m is not available, finally settled with xfce as it is available officially.
