Increse Datadisk IOPS in rocky 8.9, 8.8 and 8.7

We have few instances of server running same code on Centos, Redhat and Rocky 8.9, 8.8 and 8.7.
high I/O load running on rocky 8.9 and the CPU load builds up over time ( about 10-20 mins ) causing the server application impact (Slowness observed in applciation only on 8.9, 8.8 and 8.7) and ultimately causing outage(s).

If we restart the applciation it work proper and all have the same issue and they’re cumulative?

Not clear enough.

How are you measuring “high I/O load”?

Are you saying it runs correctly on Centos and RHEL, but does not run correctly on Rocky 8.7, 8.8 and 8.9. Which exact Centos and RHEL versions?
