How do I add jfs to Rocky Linux 9?

I just created the following ticket in the EL Repo Mantis… can you take a look?

These modules exist in EL Repo:

kmod-jfs-0.0-2.el7_4.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
and
kmod-jfs-0.0-4.el8_9.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
and
kmod-jfs-0.0-5.el8_10.elrepo.x86_64.rpm

I need one for EL9|
