Fedora mediawriter is recommended in Rocky documents for writing an installation ISO to a thumb drive, but I cannot find it in the rocky, epel repos, or rpmfusion repos.
Am I missing it, or is it not available?

What is your current OS? Are you running a version of Rocky or some other Linux? Or another OS?

I believe that the only way to install it on Rocky is with a Flatpak, but I could be wrong.

I just overwrote my Fedora 40 with Rocky 9.5 today.
I am in the process of getting back operational.
