"Can't mount, would change RO state" during shutdown / reboot

Hi.

I wasn’t sure whether to raise this here or upstream.

I have noticed that every time we shutdown / reboot any of our RL systems, the following warning message is logged in the systemd journal:

kernel: {/boot partition}: Can't mount, would change RO state

I can’t find any details that explain why the warning is being reporting, or what action I’m supposed to take (as it’s a warning).

Is anyone able to advise?

Thanks in advance.

Below are the full journal entries (from the point the shutdown / reboot was issued) from a minimal install of RL8 and RL9:
