Bootmgr vanished between 8 and 9 from systemd-udev

On https://rockylinux.pkgs.org/8/rockylinux-baseos-x86_64/systemd-udev-239-58.el8_6.7.x86_64.rpm.html it shows the /usr/bin/bootctl is present. However, on https://rockylinux.pkgs.org/9/rockylinux-baseos-x86_64/systemd-udev-250-6.el9_0.1.x86_64.rpm.html it is no longer shown as included.
A dnf provides "*/bootctl" shows no matches found.

Is this an accidental omission, a deliberate one, or has this functionality been renamed/moved?
Ty

I also noticed quite a while back,
so yeah bootctl is somehow gone in EL9

Looks like that was a decision, to reduce the builddependencies, because systemd-boot wasn’t really used:

Thank you…

What are my options, build this from source, or try a different tool that provides equivalent functionality?
