Is there a long-term governance plan to ensure that this project (RockyLinux) is always alive.
The most worrying thing is that one or two years later, the project is gone.

Direction is guided by the principles laid out in the community charter (https://rockylinux.org/community-charter), and structure is in the org chart (https://rockylinux.org/organizational-structure). The community is as enthusiastic and supportive as day one, leadership has proven itself to be resilient, and we have reliable backing from our sponsors / partners. Rocky Linux will be around for a long time to come.
