Xpra from Mac client to Rocky 9.1 Server

Hi,

Anyone happen to have xpra working as I dont seem to be able to connect to my Rocky server from my macbook

New to xpra though so it might be ignorance.

I used this repo
Repo-baseurl : Index of /dists/CentOS/9/x86_64

and systemctl start/enabled the daemon too (not sure if that was necessary)

ssh public key established and passwordless login done

The client gui seems to suggest it is meant to both start and then attach - nothing happens - I also established a port forwarding through ssh and tried that but same behaviour.

I’m considering just using X2Go as that’s in EPEL and doesnt require an additional repo.

CRYPTOGRAPHY_OPENSSL_NO_LEGACY=1 xpra attach ssh://@/

for example

CRYPTOGRAPHY_OPENSSL_NO_LEGACY=1 xpra attach ssh://fred@widget1.widget.com/256
