Unable to upgrade Azure VM from 9.3 to 9.4

I have a Azure VM with Rocky Linux 9.3 and it won’t upgrade for some reason. No error messages, just “nothing to do” when running sudo dnf upgrade (also tried a clean all). Any ideas what could be preventing the upgrade?

Thank you!

Hm, this is quite odd.

Do you have anything in /etc/dnf.conf which might be excluding kernels?

Thank you, there were some exclusions in /etc/dnf/dnf.conf, maybe put in by Azure? Anyway, able to upgrade to 9.4 now!
