Unable to connect externally after reboot [ipv6]

Hello

I had httpd and mpd set up correctly, both were reachable through my server’s global ipv6 address. I turned off the system, went to sleep and the next morning after booting the server was unreachable. I adjusted for the new ip I had been assigned, I set the ip’s as permanent in the router settings, and nothing. ssh and http connect through my laptop on the same wifi, my phone can’t reach the server at all on the same network. After 2 days of troubleshooting I feel no closer to my goal – I feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to go next. I’d appreciate any help, thank you so much for your time and have a great day.

Downloaded the 9.4 boot iso, btw.

so it shouldn’t be a firewall problem on the system’s end… I guess my question is more oriented towards “where should I start looking when my ip isn’t reachable through external networks”. thanks again

Well…Turns out my ISP was the problem. A phone call fixed it. Also, they told me to use the ipv4 address, not the ipv6 one. It’s strange, but ipv6 really is not working anymore, and only ipv4 can be reached… Smells like a ploy to make me pay or something. Anyways, have a good day!
