Unable to access web interface

I cannot enter through the Rocky Linux 9.4 web interface, even though I enter the correct password and username and the service is up, it tells me that the credentials are incorrect. Does this have a solution?

Hi,

I’ve your post to a new topic, as its not related to the OPs original (driver) issue.

Are you referring to cockpit?

Regards Tom.

If I have the service active in the web interface and I see the interface requesting login but when I do it it tells me that the password or username is incorrect, and I am entering them correctly

Pretty sure root login is no longer allowed in Cockpit by default.

When you enable cockpit it creates sudo access for your regular user so you use that user to access the web interface which initially gives you viewing privilege. There is a button at the top of the web page for administrative access where you again enter your regular user password.

I made the shared adjustment friend Kurtz, I managed to log in with root, another solution I had at the moment was to log in with another user with high privileges, thank you, regards.
